Evidence-Based Professional Psychological Care

Mind Harbour Psychology is based in Hillarys, just a short drive South from the Perth Northern Suburbs, providing professional psychological counselling to help individuals navigate life's challenges. I get it - you’re probably sick of driving the Mitchell. Maybe you live in Quinn’s or Alkimos, but when you venture in to your local town for medical services, you end up seeing someone you know. Psychology is a deeply personal and private profession and so travelling just that little further from your main hub can be a good idea to ensure your confidentiality.

Appointments are mostly available face to face. But if you prefer, telehealth is an option by video for many people. I travelled Australia for a year providing video based therapy to my clients highly successfully and so am completely used to working online. Currently receiving new referrals for individual clients aged 16 and above with concerns regarding their mood, anxiety, stress, ADHD, or challenges in relationships with friends, partners, and families. Our experienced psychologist, Tristan Abba provides personalised and evidence-based strategies for emotional growth and well-being.

No referral is required to attend. Medicare Rebates apply however and Self Managed NDIS, Workers Compensation, and Private Health are all welcomed.

Located across the road from Whitfords Shopping Centre, off Marmion Ave.
